OEM/ODM Process
Custom size, material, color and process are supported on every order. MOQ is 1,200 pairs per size/color; mold cost is separate when applicable.
Step 1
Enquiry & Sample
Share your target product, sizes, materials, colors and quantity. One free sample can be provided according to your stated requirements, with a sample lead time of 7–15 days.
Step 2
Sample Approval
Review the sample and confirm materials, fit and construction before bulk production begins.
Step 3
Cutting & Stitching
Confirmed materials are cut and uppers stitched in our dedicated workshops.
Step 4
Lasting
Uppers are formed onto lasts and attached to soles on our lasting production line.
Step 5
QC & Shipment
Internal QC and pre-shipment inspection are completed (third-party inspection supported) before goods ship. Normal lead time is 40–50 days.
